ABOUT KASCADE AI

Built by people who've run this work the old way.

Why Kascade exists

Kascade AI was founded on a simple observation: the companies that need operational leverage most, mid-market businesses with lean teams and real growth targets, are the ones the traditional services industry serves worst. Big integrators are built for bigger checks. Off-the-shelf AI tools assume expertise those teams don't have and can't hire.

Our founding team spent decades delivering enterprise AI and data services to Fortune 2000 companies, with deep leadership experience inside global systems integrators. We built Kascade to deliver what that model never could: outcomes at software economics, at mid-market scale, on mid-market timelines.

THE OBSERVATION

Mid-market teams are served worst.

THE GAP

Big integrators are built for bigger checks. Tools assume expertise lean teams can't hire.

THE ANSWER

outcomes at software economics, at mid-market scale, on mid-market timelines.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Operational work should be priced by the outcome, not the hour.

The mid-market deserves Fortune 500 leverage, at economics that fit its P&L.

Trust in AI is earned one governed, measured agent at a time.

The name

Kascade takes its name from the Cascade mountains: a range defined not by a single peak but by a connected chain, and by water that compounds as it descends, gathering force from every stream it meets. That's the model. One agent proves itself; the next builds on it; value compounds.

The people accountable

Founded in 2026. Headquartered in Pleasanton, California, with delivery teams across the United States, Mexico City, and India.

Kascade was founded in 2026 by operators who have spent their careers inside enterprise AI and data delivery, from global systems integrators to founding roles at specialist AI services firms. They lead every First Ascent personally, with delivery teams in the United States, Mexico City, and India. When you buy Kascade, you get the people who built it.

How we work

Measured, or it didn't happen.

Every engagement has a baseline, a target, and a logged result. We'd rather lose a deal than sell an unmeasurable one.

Humans own consequences.

Agents do volume; people do judgment. Anything consequential waits for a named human's approval, ours or yours.

Start small on purpose.

One agent, one process, one proof. Scale is earned with evidence.

Say the honest thing.

Including “don't automate that.” Long-term clients are worth more than short-term scope.

Talk to the people who'll actually do the work.
